driving north

today i left the beautiful beach life of lavallette and headed home to the great cold north...not that far really...just a few hours drive, but in that time i got to see the world outside my windows change from a flat, sand beach island with sparse clouds and a gentle breeze to a grey cloud ladden sky with a sharp bright horizon that made the fire colored trees look ablaze on the mountain terrain....

so little miles and yet so much change.....two completely different worlds

i am back at home sitting here wondering which one i prefer...sandy beach vs. seasonal change
and what the future may hold I am still not sure......

uggghhhhh.....indecision and contemplation
